2020-Current - Lead Innovation Designer - Kenai Peninsula Borough School District - Districtwide

Member of the District Instructional Team designing continual innovation in teaching and district practices utilizing data informed practices. Instrumental in launching the district's Remote Learning program. Instructional Lead of Distance Education Team and Professional Practice Lead of District Champs - the district teacher leader group. Instrumental in shifting to remote learning and school start up in 2020. Maintains partnership with administrators and building leadership teams. Serves as district instructional designer and educational technologist. Coordinates and designs training district-wide in online and blended delivery pedagogy.
