Intro to Art

Picture

This course is an introductory course that covers a very wide variety of art topics meant to familiarize students with Art. It is a very hand-on class where students get to try out all different types of techniques. Students submit pictures of their work for feedback.

Overview

Students will explore art and different techniques by learning the basic foundation. This will include vocabulary, a variety of techniques, and critiques of master works.

Supplies

There are some basic supplies needed for this course. Since many schools are rural, it is necessary to plan ahead and order or purchase supplies in advance. Materials list.
